GeneratePlus declares herewith that at the time of setting a link no illegal content of the linked page was identifiable. On the actual and the future design of a linked page, the content or the copyright of the linked pages GeneratePlus has absolutely no influence. Because of this, GeneratePlus allows explicitly of all contents of all linked pages, which have been modified after the link was set. These findings are valid for all the Links that have been set within the own internet offer, as well as foreign entries in guestbooks, discussion platforms and mailing lists set up by GeneratePlus. For illegal, flawed and or incomplete content and especially damage that results out of the usage or not-usage of information of such kind, only the person that hosts the page to which was linked to is liable, not the one that is solely referring via links to the respective publication. The content and the images of GeneratePlus which do not reference on external content of images, are intellectualy and material property of GeneratePlus. On the granted approval for the usage of the digital content of the pages of GeneratePlus a reference needs to be set to the respective owner, in this case GeneratePlus, needs to be set.
